Send a talaq document to the husband if he is in agreement to grant the talaq.
In the event of the wife wanting a talaq and husband agreeing to grant talaq, the wife can request the Sharee Council to send the relevant paperwork to the husband for him to sign and return. Once received and verified, the Sharee Council will issue a certificate to both parties. The cost of this service is borne by the wife who initiates this process.
